X-ray Tech (temp, 13 week assignment)
Prosper, TX
8am -5pm
Monday- Friday
$50/hr
Responsibilities:
•The X-Ray Tech provides information used to diagnose patients by operating radiologic equipment to produce patient images
•Daily tasks require precise work and attention to detail as well as adherence to strict safety procedures
•Performs procedures and patient care, such as medication administration, vital signs, patient history, places and monitors IV, oxygen, chest tube or other medical devices
•Performs a variety of tasks involved in operating equipment to produce radiographs per protocol and physician orders
•Adjusts equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines
•2+ years of experience required, along with ARRT and BLS
**Must pass criminal background check, drug test and have current immunizations as required by the hospital**
