Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient symptoms and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (or compact license)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- BLS and ACLS certification (additional certifications may be required for specific assignments)
- Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and challenges
- Willingness to travel and work in various healthcare facilities across Texas
