Job Description

CornerStone Medical is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist candidate with 2+ years of SLP experience for a contract assignment in Fort Worth, TX. This is for a Long term Acute care facility. 
 $ 50HR 13-week assignment  (must live 60 miles from facility zip code 76132)

M-F 8 hours between 7am and 6pm

Requirements:
TX SLP license
2+ years of recent SLP  experience
Immunizations records
BLS, ACLS
Must pass a background check and drug screen
