The ideal candidate will possess medical credentials and have prior experience with chart abstractions and have worked in an oncology setting.
Job Description:
-Medical Record Abstraction
-Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record review/abstraction services
-Accurately abstract information from the electronic medical record into the electronic data capture tool
--Complete quality, accuracy, and inter-rater reliability testing as requested in a timely manner
-Perform quality review on work completed by other data abstractors
Abide by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements Success Factors:
Requirements:
- RN license
- 2+ years of chart abstraction experience REQUIRED
- 2+ years of Oncology experience REQUIRED
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
