Registered Nurse Acute Care Coordinator

We are hiring an Acute Care Dialysis RN Coordinator to supervise Dialysis RN's for Hospital systems in Round Rock, Marble Falls and Lakeway & Hillcrest TX areas. 

Main Responsibilities:
Staff Scheduling, Coaching, Counseling, Leadership
Hiring and training staff and conducting performance reviews 
Day to day interaction with patients, facility staff and Physicians
Availability for night/ weekend calls
Ensures compliance with Hospital regulations
Ensure all acute treatments are performed in contracted Hospitals according to company policy. 

Education & Experience:
Must be a licensed RN in the State of Texas
6 months + of dialysis experience 
2 years of supervisory experience
BLS, ACLS
Current Immunizations
