$85,000 Salary + Bonus Potential
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a passionate Registered Dietitian leader ready to make a meaningful impact in community health? We’re seeking an innovative and relationship-driven Registered Dietitian Manager to lead transformative nutrition programming and help expand access to healthy food across the Fort Worth community.

What You’ll Do
As the manager you will lead strategy, growth, and execution of nutrition-focused community health initiatives across the service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience leading projects or informal teams.
- Build strong partnerships with healthcare organizations, community agencies, and local leaders
- Supervisory experience
- Guide organizations through Certification, including nutrition policy implementation and evidence-based wellness strategies
- Use data and metrics to measure program success, demonstrate impact, and support funding initiatives
- Develop frameworks showing how nutritious food access improves health outcomes and reduces healthcare costs
- Oversee grant execution, timelines, deliverables, and budget accountability
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful program delivery
- Represent the organization in local and state community health networks
- Supervise and mentor program staff and interns while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Travel throughout the service area to partner locations and community sites
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
- 3+ years of leadership experience in:
- Community health
- Nutrition programming
- Healthcare partnerships
- Public health or related fields
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and partners
- Experience building relationships and influencing diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day operations effectively
- Comfortable analyzing data, tracking outcomes, and reporting results
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
