We are hiring a Regional Clinical Account Specialist- Registered Nurse in  Los Angeles, CA  for a National company that sells Surgical Products. We are looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse who has 5 years of Operating Room Experience in a Hospital. If you are looking for an autonomous position where you make your own schedule this jobs for you!  No Nights, Weekends or Holidays. Direct hire, up to $115K Base

Position Summary:
  • Providing education and clinical support to potential and existing customers from the OR personnel, hospital staff to the C Suite in hydrolyzed collagen, infection prevention and Orth biologics.
  • Provide specialized product and clinical expertise to support targeted sales opportunities and various growth opportunity projects within regional facilities.
  • Contribute to clinical tasks including approved in-service and CE presentations, and as a clinical customer educational resource. 
  • Establish relationships with thought leaders, customers, and clinicians.
  • Participate in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of clinical education programs and customer support activities. 
  • Address program services and product related questions from sales and customers.
Minimum education required for competent performance:
  • Must be a licensed professional nurse (RN) with a current and unrestricted license
  • Bachelor’s prepared or higher required 
  • Current OR, CNE, or Wound specialist certification from AORN, NLN, or ABWM or WOCN preferred
  • Five years or more of acute care experience, OR preferred
  • Two years clinical education or management experience
 
Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities needed:
  • Current knowledge and understanding of the Operating room, hospital and health care environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, especially the ability to motivate others to action
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to management and leadership in formal and informal settings
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent computer skills in a minimum of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with electronic health records and surgical specific documentation
