RN OR Project Manager – Travel Assignment Fort Worth, TX | 3-Month Travel Contract
$110hr or weekly stipend 
Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | No Call | No Weekends | No Floating

CornerStone Medical is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room Project Manager for an exciting 3-month travel assignment at a premier acute care hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced OR nursing leader with a strong background in Joint Commission survey preparation, regulatory compliance, and surgical services leadership.
Position Highlights
  • 13-week (3-month) travel assignment
  • Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • No call required
  • No weekends
  • No floating
  • One-round interview process
  • Hospital-provided scrubs
Required Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of OR Manager or Director experience
  • Previous experience as an Operating Room Project Manager
  • Extensive Joint Commission accreditation/survey readiness experience
  • Strong knowledge of perioperative operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
What You'll Do
As the OR Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in preparing the surgical department for regulatory success while supporting operational excellence. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead Joint Commission survey readiness initiatives
  • Evaluate and improve OR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Partner with nursing leadership to strengthen quality and performance improvement programs
  • Support evidence-based practice and patient safety initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical services
  • Mentor and support OR staff while promoting a culture of excellence
  • Assist with operational planning, workflow improvements, and regulatory documentation
  • Drive continuous quality improvement across perioperative services
