CornerStone Medical is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Plano, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through evidence-based treatment, with a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, neurological conditions, and orthopedic care.

  • Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually (DOE)
  • Schedule:
    • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide individualized outpatient care while helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities include:
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance conditions
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and manual therapy techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
  • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Experience treating vestibular and balance disorders is highly desirable
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient education skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Passion for helping patients with balance impairments, neurological diagnoses, and fall-risk conditions
