- Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide individualized outpatient care while helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance conditions
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred
- Experience treating vestibular and balance disorders is highly desirable
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient education skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Passion for helping patients with balance impairments, neurological diagnoses, and fall-risk conditions
