Pharmacy Technician – Retail Pharmacy

Evenings 3:30pm - midnight (weekdays and weekends) Pay -$23.50 hr
40 hours weekly

CornerStone Medical is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a busy retail pharmacy supporting pediatric patients, families, and healthcare staff. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy patient interaction, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect with you!
Working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will:
Assist patients with prescription drop-off and pick-up Answer incoming phone calls and assist with refill requests and prescription questions Process and prepare prescription orders accurately Count, package, label, and prepare medications for dispensing Assist with controlled substance inventory, documentation, and required counts Restock medications and maintain pharmacy workstations Support quality assurance initiatives, medication audits, and inventory management Maintain accurate records and documentation Follow all pharmacy, hospital, and regulatory guidelines Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and healthcare staff Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Current Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration OR Texas Pharmacy Intern License Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Minimum of one (1) year of recent Pharmacy Technician experience Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacy calculations, and the metric system Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment Dress Code Scrubs of any color Why Apply?
