Flexible Hybrid-to-Remote Opportunity
- Schedule Options:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) or
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)
- Training Plan:
- 1 week onsite onboarding in Cary, NC
- 1 week in-person training with team lead
- Fully remote after training
- Must live within 60 miles of Cary, NC
What You’ll Do
- Create and submit adverse event (AE) and product complaint (PC) reports
- Perform detailed quality checks (QC) on clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinicians to resolve reporting questions and discrepancies
- Identify and track missing reports to ensure compliance
- Prepare weekly/monthly reconciliation reports for biopharma clients
- Support audit processes and identify trends in safety reporting
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all reporting activities
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Excel and computer systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a pharmacy or clinical setting
- Pharmacy Technician or healthcare-related background
- Oncology experience is a plus
