We are hiring a Pharmacist in Charge for a closed-door pharmacy in Irving TX. This is an immediate start, direct hire position.
Mon- Friday 8am-4pm no weekends
Salary $130,000.00 annual

We’re looking for a motivated Pharmacist-in-Charge who is excited to grow with us and make a direct impact on patient care and pharmacy operations. Prior management/supervisory experience preferred but not required. As the PIC, you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, supervising pharmacy staff, and fostering a positive, patient-first environment. Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the operations of the pharmacy including but not limited to operational, administrative, customer care and any other responsibilities.
- Ensures staff communicates clearly, effectively and positively with patients and acts professional and courteous.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with physicians and patients.
- Supervise and direct pharmacy technicians and processors on their daily tasks including training.
- Fill prescriptions and verify all dispensed medications prior to shipment.
- Comply to all state and federal laws and regulations as per the state board of pharmacy.
- Resolve any issues that may arise in the pharmacy.
- Coordinate with physicians' offices on all incoming prescriptions.
- Consult with patients on the use of their medications.
- Manage inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Must have an active TX license.
- Licensed and/or willing to obtain license in Georgia and Illinois.
- Must be friendly, organized, detail oriented and diligent.
- Able to deal with challenging situations with professionalism.
- Management/supervisory experience in a pharmacy or a small business environment is a plus, but not required.
