Job Description
Pay Rate: $17 max (should increase once contractor goes FTE)
MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO ATTEND A MICROSOFT TEAMS INTERVIEW AT THE AGREED TIME!
TEMP TO PERM Patient Access Rep – Call Center Associate – Must have 1 year of Healthcare experience as a Front Office, Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant associate.
Call center experience is preferred.
Tyler, TX, 75707 Monday- Friday 8hr days Working 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm. No weekends
Duties: Scheduling patient appointments. Call and verifying patient’s benefits.
Requirements: HS Diploma/GED 1+ Must have 1 year of Healthcare exp as a Front Office, Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant associate. Call center experience is preferred.
Basic Office Equipment; Good communication (verbal/written) and multitasking
