Responsibilities of the Medical Receptionist:
- Basic insurance knowledge (medicare/Medicaid/advantage plans/etc.), excellent customer service skills, ability to multi task, detail oriented, and efficient.
- Insurance Verification
- Scheduling 
- Colleting copays 
- Referrals 
- Excellent written and verbal communication
