Job Description
Pay Rate Range: $18 - $20
• Temp to perm? Optional
• Length of Assignment: 3 months w/ possible extension
• Work Location (Remote/On-Site/Hybrid): Onsite only
• Work Schedule: 7a-4p (Mon-Fri)

o Strong customer service background
o Experience using Epic highly preferred
Responsibilities of the Medical Receptionist:
- Basic insurance knowledge (medicare/Medicaid/advantage plans/etc.), excellent customer service skills, ability to multi task, detail oriented, and efficient.
- Insurance Verification
- Scheduling
- Colleting copays
- Referrals
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Requirements:
At least 1+ year of Medical Receptionist experience
Bilingual preferred but not required
Epic experienced preferred but not required
Must pass criminal background check and drug test
