CornerStone Medical is looking for a Bilingual Medical Assistant for a great pediatric clinic in Dallas!
Pay: $18-19/HR DOE
Schedule (One day off during the week but not a set day, flexibility is required):
Monday 10:00 to 6:00
Tuesday 10:00 to 6:00
Wednesday (every other week) 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Thursday 10:00 to 4:00
Friday 10:00 to 4:00
Saturday (every other week) 9:00 to 12:00
Responsibilities:
- Must be bilingual and have pediatrics experience.
- Must have a pleasant demeanor and enjoy working with children.
- Room patients and have patients ready for the doctor. Knowledge of children’s vaccine and able to administer vaccines.
- Perform strep/covid/flu and minor lab testing.
- Knowledge with Vaccines for Children preferred but can train.
- Retrieve messages and perform phone triage.
- Make sure rooms are fully stocked daily.
- Assisting with referrals (training available)
- Pull lab reports and attach to charts for the doctor.
- Clean rooms after every patient visit.
- Must be able to file charts alphabetically.
