Position Summary: The Clinical Business Development Manager for Cornerstone Medical is responsible for prospecting and cold calling in order to generate new customers for the company. They are responsible for targeting Medical/Healthcare roles by obtaining new accounts and growing their business at existing accounts in order to achieve annual budgeted quota. The territory consists of Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney & Prosper.

The territory consists of Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney & Prosper.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- One or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Excellent prospecting, negotiating, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to increase market awareness by staying in touch with clinical admissions departments to gauge their capacity and anticipate their needs.
- Knowledge in Healthcare/Medical terminology and Requirements
- Knowledge of Healthcare Confidentiality, Privacy and Security Regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Average fifteen in person calls daily.
- Daily/weekly cold calling to establish new business opportunities.
- Conduct daily telemarketing calls to schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Average two new business appointments per week.
- Assess client’s needs and present Cornerstone’s solutions via brochure or PowerPoint presentation.
- Create proposals and follow-up with clients in order to gain their business.
- Respond to RFP's in a timely manner.
- Entertain prospective or existing clients on average once a month.
- Meet territory quota objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Monitor service delivery to the customer by reviewing open orders, candidate submittals, callouts, assigned associate issues and turnover on a daily basis.
- Act as the liaison between the client and the recruiting team.
- Document all sales activity in Salesforce.
- Physical demands: While performing the duties of the job, incumbent is required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear and reach with arms and hands. Must be able to drive a vehicle. Employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
