Shift: 7a-330p Mon-Fri
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
- Performs electroencephalography testing and performs evoked potential testing.
- Performs ambulatory electroencephalography testing.
- Scans ambulatory tests for physician interpretation and downloading ambulatory PC cards to the computer system.
- Maintains, reviews and provides feedback for electroneurodiagnostic files for patient records.
- Compiles statistics for electroneurodiagnostic area.
- Assists with making appointments and providing pre-test consultation and records the patient’s medical history.
- Maintains proper functioning equipment and adequate supplies to meet workload demand
- Generates shift workload and delegates assignments
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Graduate of an approved electroencephalography program.
- Registered EEG Technologist by American Board Registered EEG Technologists.
**Must pass criminal background check, drug test and have current immunizations as required by the hospital**
