CornerStone Medical is looking for a highly skilled and trained Clinical Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN) for a busy acute care facility in Lewisville, TX. The Clinical Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and department goals.

Requirements of the Clinical Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN):
•    BSN Required
•    TX RN license or compact license is accepted  
•    Minimum two years acute care hospital - RN experience
•    Current PALS,  BLS and ACLS Certifications 
•    Current
•    1-2 years of current nursing experience in an acute care setting 
  • Provides leadership and direction to departmental staff
  •  Assigns and follows up with staff regarding patient care, departmental flow and interacts in leadership capacity with other departments
  • Intervenes in patient, customer complaints/questions and resolves or refers to management team promptly;
  • Participates in direct patient care/assists departmental staff as needed
  • Coordinates patient flow, processes intradepartmental and utilizes nursing supervisor for assistance with ancillary services.
