Job Description
Location: Cary, NC 27513 (onsite)
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: M-F 9am-6pm
Job Description:
- Accurately count and label prescriptions so that patients receive the correct therapy regimen
- Record drug storage conditions / excursions
- Quarterly checks for expiration dates
- Accurate bookkeeping for daily perpetual inventory
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure success
- Proper handling of biohazard materials per OSHA guidelines
- Receipt of multiple drug orders per SOP standards
- Perform monthly drug inventory
- Assist the distribution team in providing all required documentation and accurate information to ensure proper shipments to the patient
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
· High School Diploma required
· State Pharmacy Technician License required
· Healthcare experience/1+ years pharmacy experience preferred
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Multi-task oriented
· Ability to effectively work with people
· Conscientious and detail oriented
