Pharmacy Technician

$23/hour
Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST; occasional Saturdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• W2, Full-Time
• Start Date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
This Pharmacy Technician role supports critical prescription processing and patient care services in a high-volume healthcare setting. Success in this role ensures accurate medication handling, compliance with pharmacy regulations, and timely support to the clinical pharmacy team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process prescriptions with high accuracy and speed using pharmacy systems
• Perform data entry, order verification, and label generation in compliance with TX State Board of Pharmacy
• Support pharmacists in preparing medications and maintaining patient records
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve order issues and ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and compliance protocols
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Active registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Current PTCB or NHA CPhT license in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Reliable daily onsite attendance
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Pharmacy information systems
• Data entry platforms
• Label printing software
• Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED SKILLS
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience in a healthcare setting
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong time management and organizational skills
