Certified Medical Assistant
(contract role for staff going our on medical leave)
Dallas, Texas
Monday- Friday 8:00a - 5:00p
$17-19/hr depending on experience
We are looking for a dependable Medical Assistant to help the front desk for a busy Internal Medicine clinic in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Checking patients in/out
- Scheduling patient visits
- Rooming patients
- Filing
- Answering phones
- Restocking of patient rooms
- Immunizations (as needed)
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Current Certified Medical Assistant, at least 1 yr of MA exp
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask with minimum supervision
- Prior Athena/EHR experience
- Must pass background
