Job Description

CornerStone Medical is looking for a Medical Assistant for a neurology clinic in Dallas, TX.

$16-$22/hr Depending on Experience
Schedule: 07:30am-4:30pm M-F (1 hour lunch)
Length of assignment: 8 weeks, possible temporary to permanent
Job Duties:
  • Maintains vital signs
  • Takes medical histories
  • Administers routine oral, rectal, or injectable medications
  • Completes all necessary steps to perform routine patient testing
  • Completes all steps in the collection and processing of blood specimens & urine samples
  • Effectively maintains relationships with patients and medical staff
Experience required:
  • MA Certification
  • Needs CMA Experience
  • Preferred neurology experience, but not required
Must pass a criminal background and drug test
