We are looking for a highly professional and back office trained - Certified Medical Assistant- CMA  for a busy Women' s Health Clinic  in Frisco, TX.  Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, flexible, detail oriented and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a Direct Hire position.

Days/Hours:

Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm

Friday 9am-1pm

Paid 30 minute lunch

Responsibilities  of Certified  Medical Assistant - CMA:
  • Rooming patients
  • Taking vitals/medical history
  • Assisting in office procedures
  • Administering injections
  • Processing prescription refills
  • Complete lab requisitions
  • Processing lab results
  • Obtain prior authorization/referral requests
  • Multi-task in a fast paced environment

Requirements of the Certified  Medical Assistant- CMA
  • Be a Certified Medical Assistant
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to effectively/clearly  communicate with staff and patients
  • Strong attention to details
  • Positive and caring attitude
  • EMR experience. Preferably with Athena
