Job Description
Floating between Dallas and Fort Worth administering vaccines to a variety of patients in home in the DFW area
Pay Rate: between $18-$24/hrly depending on experience
• Pay Rate Range: $18-$24
• Temp to perm? No
• Length of Assignment: 1 year assignment w/possible extension
• Work Location: DFW area
• Work Schedule: Mon-Sat full time (40hrs/wk) for first 4 months and then PRN after that for 6 months (anytime from 7a – 7p M – F, 7a – 12 PM Sat)
• Interview: 1st round virtually, 2nd round onsite
Top skills:
Administrative vaccine experience required
Pediatric experience preferred
Customer service experience
Epic experience preferred
Home Health experience preferred
• Additional Notes:
- This position will require local traveling
- Driving around the DFW metroplex and mileage reimbursement – MVR needs to be included
- Looking for people with experience providing immunizations –
- Nice to have experience with working with adults and children
- Every morning (one in Dallas and Ft Worth) they will pick up vaccines from both cities and a routing system will route them to where their visits will need to be.

JOB SUMMARY
CMA will pick up vaccines and supplies from pick-up location every morning.
CMA will drive around DFW metroplex to administer vaccines in patient homes
CMA will follow BSW Standard Operating Procedures
CMA will utilize both Epic and a vendor app for documentation
Qualifications of the Certified Medical Assistant:
- Administrative vaccine experience required
- Customer service experience
- Epic experience preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
- CPR Certified
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
- Strong Pediatric experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge and utilization of EMR (EPIC)
Credentials requirements to be submitted for this position MUST HAVE:
- CPR/ BLS/ ACLS (Must be American Heart Association)
- Immunizations:
- TB skin test- Negative T-Spot completed within 3 months prior to start.?
Negative Two-Step Skin Test completed within 1-3 weeks of each other
FLU
HEP B-3 series/declination form
MMR IGG TITERS (If not immune OR Low immunity, Booster is REQUIRED)
Varicella IGG TITERS (If not immune OR Low immunity, Booster is REQUIRED)
