Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Practice Manager
Location: Fort Worth Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Physician/Owner
Mon – Thurs 8am -5pm Fri- 8am -3pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Physician’s Concierge Service. This role combines administrative leadership with hands-on patient care, ensuring a seamless and personalized healthcare experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both clinical and administrative settings, possess strong organizational skills, and be dedicated to providing top-tier patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Management & Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the concierge medical practice, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Coordinate scheduling for physician appointments, telemedicine, and wellness programs.
  • Manage patient memberships, billing, and insurance coordination, ensuring a smooth concierge experience.
  • Supervise and train support staff as needed, fostering a professional and patient-centered environment.
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and medical best practices.
Patient Care & Clinical Duties
  • Assist the physician with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Take and record patient vitals, medical histories, and prepare them for consultations.
  • Administer injections, draw blood, and assist with diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Educate patients on health management, treatment plans, and wellness initiatives.
Administrative & Customer Service
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing high-touch, personalized support.
  • Handle patient inquiries, coordinate referrals, and ensure prompt communication with medical providers.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other medical software.
  • Ensure the office and medical equipment are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a medical office, preferably in a concierge or private practice setting.
  • Skills: Strong administrative, leadership, and clinical skills; excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Technology: Proficient in EHR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Traits: Professional, detail-oriented, patient-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
