Certified Medical Assistant (Bilingual)
Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay: $18/hour | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Your Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficient, patient-centered clinic operations. You’ll provide exceptional support to the clinical team and patients while adhering to clinic and program protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform health screenings, including:
- Phlebotomy (capillary and venous draws)
- Urine collection
- Pregnancy tests, lead testing, and vital signs
- Prepare and label samples (stool, blood, sputum, etc.) for lab transport
- Provide in-room support for clinical staff during patient visits
- Maintain clean, organized laboratory and exam rooms
- Inventory supplies, manage orders, and rotate stock to prevent loss
- Input data using EMR systems, Microsoft Excel, and related software
- Stock the clinic with necessary equipment for screenings
- Conduct home visits to retrieve medical records, obtain consents, and collect specimens when needed
- Perform quality assurance on medical equipment to ensure readiness
- What You Need to Succeed
- Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and data entry
- Commitment to providing compassionate and efficient patient care
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Must have BLS
- Must have Medical Assistant Certification
