Certified Medical Assistant – Concierge Medical Practice
Southlake, TX
Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. | Pay rate: $18-22/hr.
Cornerstone Medical is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for an upscale concierge medical practice in Southlake, TX who is eager to learn, grow, and provide exceptional patient care in a professional, close-knit environment. This is a direct hire role.
Ideal Candidate:

This position offers hands-on training in both clinical and administrative aspects of concierge medicine, with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship from an experienced medical team.
Benefits:
• PTO after 90 days- will increase after the first year

Interview Process:
To ensure a strong fit with the team and practice culture, the interview process includes:
• Initial Interview – with the Physician and Management Team
• Second Interview – includes a partial working/skills assessment and meeting with Staffing Coordinator/ HR Rep
• Final Interview – brief session with the physician and management team for final discussion
